I gotta work in the morning so I was wondering if I could beat it before then.

How do you know when its over?

What level are you usually at the end?

You'll know it's over when you can't create a Nightfall Character.

I've seen people at level 15 - 16 last night. It's reasonable to predict that there are some level 20's running around by now. Just depends on how much time a person's spent playing.

I mean obviously you cant beat nightfall in a weekend and without the discs. My main question is how far you can actually go in the game.

You cant get off the first set of little islands (bottom left of the Elona map)

Don't quote me on this but the event should end around 3.amEST on the 25th for me. So yes it should still be running tommorow night.
